Respecting yourself is very important. Typically it means turning in your homework on time, completing all assignments, being a SOARing student at all times, doing your absolute best at everything that you do.
Respecting others is a huge part of my classroom as well. Students should always treat others as they would like to be treated. Examples of respecting others may include but are not limited to: not calling others out of their names, not hitting or bullying (physical of verbal), and working cooperatively with others. ("Others" also includes myself, Ms. Jones, other teachers/adults in the school and administration)
Respecting the Environment is simple.....Clean up after yourself! Keep your desk, your cubby and our room very neat. Be sure to treat the school and classroom materials properly so others may use them after you (books, computers, playground equipments)
Other important details can be found in your Classroom Student Handbook!
